Work content:
Responsible for the mold design of plastic products, including the design and production of various plastic parts of the mold, to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
-According to the production plan and product design, complete the mold design of plastic parts;
-According to the production requirements and product quality, improve and perfect the existing mold;
-Work closely with production workshop to ensure effective execution of die design;
-Maintain and maintain the mold to ensure the stability and reliability of the mold;
-Participate in project design and evaluation, provide professional technical support.
Job Requirements:
-Familiar with plastic parts mold design, with some practical experience;
-Proficient in all kinds of plastic parts of the mold production process, with certain production experience;
-Understand the commonly used plastic parts, such as PE, PP, PS, etc., have a certain understanding;
-Good communication skills and team spirit, able to communicate effectively with relevant departments;
-Have a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, able to meet the challenges in the work.
